What You’ll Do
- Build mechanical sub?assemblies like turrets, arms, wrists, rails, and full robotic assemblies
- Follow production plans, engineering specs, and quality standards to deliver top?tier builds
- Perform quality checks and verify test results
- Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment
- Keep your workspace organized using 5S principles
- Work safely with lockout/tagout, HAZMAT, PPE, and other industrial safety procedures
- Complete work orders and tasks in the ERP system
- (Tech III) Lead by example, support continuous improvement, and help teammates solve problems
What You Bring
- Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with mechanical assemblies
- Ability to read engineering drawings, schematics, and build documentation
- Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and precision measurement tools
- Basic troubleshooting ability
- Solid communication skills
- A disciplined, self?directed work style
- At least 1 year of experience in mechanical assembly, repair, construction, automotive, pneumatics, or similar fields (Five years of experience is even better)
- High school diploma required; technical training or certifications preferred
Physical & Work Environment
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Operate equipment and tools safely
- Work in a clean, well?lit, climate?controlled manufacturing environment
- Occasional assignments at additional locations as needed
