Assembly Technician
Auburn Hills, MI, USA
$20-24/HR
1st Shift (6AM - 2:30PM) OT - 4:30PM
2nd Shift (2PM - 10:30PM) OT - 12:30AM
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assembly of basic mechanical sub-assemblies to precision assemblies. Attention to detail is mandatory. The P-Series assemblies start with sub-assemblies, such as turrets, arms, wrists, robot and rail assemblies
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-5 years’ experience in manufacturing mechanical assembly and test or related experience in manufacturing mechanical assembly
- Knowledge of mechanical assemblies and components
- Ability to read and comprehend engineering documentation, prints and/or schematics (mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic).
- Proficient with hand and power tools for mechanical and pneumatic assembly
- Ability to assemble gears and sealed mechanical assemblies
- Familiar with basic mechanical troubleshooting
