Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

Schedule: Monday through Friday

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

ZING is seeking dependable and safety-focused Forklift Drivers to join a growing manufacturing team in Wharton, NJ. This is a direct hire opportunity offering long-term career growth with openings available on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift. The ideal candidate will have previous forklift experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.

• Safely operate sit-down, stand-up, or electric forklifts to transport materials throughout the facility.
• Load, unload, move, stage, and store raw materials and finished goods.
• Supply production lines with materials as needed.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory movement.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report equipment concerns.
• Accurately complete inventory transactions using scanners or warehouse systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies, GMP procedures, and standard operating procedures.
• Work closely with Production, Warehouse, and Quality teams to meet daily production goals.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous forklift experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Forklift certification is preferred but not required.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory, or material handling preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Reliable attendance and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
