What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and facility systems
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation issues
- Perform preventive maintenance to keep production running efficiently
- Support equipment upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement projects
- Work with operations teams to reduce downtime and improve reliability
- Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude
- Experience with 480V systems preferred
- Automation and robotics experience is a major plus
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Interest in mentoring others and helping develop future technicians
- Union position with long-term stability
- Near-unlimited overtime available for those who want it
- Currently hiring for all shifts
- 12-hour schedules (6 AM to 6 PM / 6 PM to 6 AM)
- Planned transition to three shifts with rotating weekends off
- Opportunity to work on advanced automation and manufacturing equipment
- New Maintenance Apprenticeship Program launching next year, creating opportunities for experienced technicians who enjoy teaching and developing the next generation of skilled trades professionals
