Zing Recruiting is hiring for direct placement with our client, a pharmaceutical packaging facility in Waterbury, CT. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows packaging equipment and thrives in a GMP-regulated environment.

Schedule: Mon–Fri | 6:00am start | 10-hour shifts OT

Location: Onsite | Waterbury, CT

Pay: $75K–$90K

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support a team of maintenance technicians
• Troubleshoot and maintain packaging equipment (blisters, cartoners, labelers, conveyors)
• Maintain facility systems including HVAC, chillers, boilers, compressors
• Ensure GMP/FDA compliance and accurate maintenance documentation
  
  

Must Have

• 5 years of experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing
• Familiarity with GMP, FDA regulations, facility/preventative maintenance, HVAC, calibrations, and pharmaceutical packaging equipment
• 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience
