What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and facility systems
- Perform preventive maintenance (PMs), inspections, and routine servicing
- Diagnose and repair pumps, motors, mixers, and other production equipment
- Complete minor electrical and plumbing repairs
- Document maintenance activities using a CMMS/work order system
- Support facility upkeep while following OSHA and company safety standards
- Respond quickly to equipment issues to minimize downtime
- 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting experience with pumps, motors, mixers, and similar equipment
- Experience performing preventive maintenance (PM) programs
- Basic electrical troubleshooting and plumbing skills
- Experience using a CMMS for work orders and maintenance tracking
- Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Stand, bend, kneel, and work in confined spaces
- Comfortable working around industrial machinery and moderate to loud noise
- Willing to work overtime, including occasional half-day Saturdays
- Have only facilities maintenance or handyman experience
- Lack industrial manufacturing maintenance experience
- Do not have hands-on equipment troubleshooting experience
- Have never worked with preventive maintenance programs
