- Shifts: 6a-6p or 6p-6a; 3, 2, 2, 3 schedule that does not require OT
- OT available for those who desire it
- 3 years of facilities or industrial maintenance experience
- Experience with electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and construction repairs
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Proficiency using hand and power tools
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- High School Diploma; technical certifications a plus
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance on facility systems
- Troubleshoot electrical systems, lighting, and controls
- Maintain plumbing and water systems
- Service HVAC systems to ensure proper heating and cooling
- Inspect and repair building infrastructure (walls, floors, ceilings)
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized work
- Follow safety protocols and document maintenance activities
