Machine Operator (D Shift) 
Pay: $22–$25/hour 20% shift differential
Schedule: Thursday, Friday, Saturday & alternating Wednesday
Hours: 6:00 PM–6:00 AM
Location: Canton, MA 02021

Zing Recruiting is seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in Canton, Massachusetts. The Machine Operator will be responsible for safely operating production equipment, maintaining quality standards, supporting machine setup and changeovers, and ensuring efficient production. • Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Set up, adjust, operate, and clean machinery according to established procedures.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and report equipment issues to supervisors or maintenance personnel.
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet established quality standards.
• Safely move, stage, and handle materials using a forklift or other equipment as required.
• Follow all company, safety, environmental, and production policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Communicate equipment, quality, safety, and production concerns promptly.
• Complete production records, documentation, and other required paperwork accurately.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred or required, depending on the position.
• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
• Experience in plastics, coating, lamination, printing, extrusion, or similar manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Comfortable operating computerized or touchscreen production equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and manufacturing environments.
• Willingness to work overtime and adjust schedules as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
