Head of Manufacturing - General Assembly (Trim/Subs)

An exciting opportunity to join an innovative organization seeking a high-impact manufacturing leader to take ownership of large-scale general assembly operations within a fast-paced automotive environment.

This is a rare opportunity for a proven “heavy hitter” who thrives in complex production environments and is passionate about driving safety, quality, and operational excellence at scale.

• Salary: $215K – $240K DOE

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end General Assembly operations (Trim/Subs) in a high-volume manufacturing environment
• Drive production performance, efficiency, and cost optimization
• Champion world-class safety and quality standards across the floor
• Implement and sustain corrective actions and robust quality systems
• Build, develop, and inspire high-performing teams in a fast-moving production setting
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required
• Extensive leadership experience in OEM automotive manufacturing (highly preferred)
• Deep expertise in general assembly line operations
• Demonstrated success improving safety, quality, and operational KPIs
• Strong knowledge of root cause analysis, corrective action, and quality systems
