Financial Systems Analyst II Job Summary

Pay: $30–$32 per hour DOE

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM

• Review and analyze financial results of business activities to determine ERP/finance system impact
• Lead financial reporting and system enhancement initiatives
• Develop dashboards, process automation, and reporting functionalities
• Identify and troubleshoot discrepancies between data sources and integrated systems
• Support financial data integration and system configurations
• Mentor and guide less experienced team members
• Complete forecasts, budgets, and other financial analysis as needed
• Recommend improvements to financial systems and processes
• Perform additional duties or special projects as assigned
  
  

Financial Systems Analyst II Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2–4 years of finance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of financial and standard costing principles
• Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and ERP systems (Oracle, Hyperion, or similar)
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• High degree of flexibility, adaptability, and confidentiality
• CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred
