Role Focus – What Matters Most
- CNC programming experience is critical, particularly with Fusion 360, Mastercam, or similar CAM software
- Strong end?to?end manufacturing understanding, from raw material through finished product
- Comfortable working in a custom manufacturing environment
- Highly organized, process?driven, and able to take ownership of programs and workflow
- Prior lead?by?example or informal leadership experience is a plus (formal title not required)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Compensation: $65,000 – $95,000 (flexible for the right candidate)
- Pay Structure: Hourly (non?exempt)
- Overtime: Rare and not an expectation
- Location: Northern New Jersey
