Shift:
930am-330pm (Flexible on the schedule)
Responsibilities:
- Available to employees for questions
- Manage bidding process for open roles (post opportunity; manage and communicate selection; submit admin tickets for job and shift changes)
- Recipient for paper-based grievances (tracking receipt, supporting our responsibility to reply within a set timeframe)
- Track and submit milestone-related pay changes - some of these are related to time-in-job milestones.
- Capture employment documentation from supervisors (progressive discipline, time off requests, etc)
- Arrange recruiting events, organize hiring supervisors, and update the local team about the hiring event.
- Respond to drop-in applicants and provide instruction to employees looking to refer future employees.
- High school diploma required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, administrative support, or a related role
- Experience in a manufacturing or fast-paced environment is a plus
- Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
