Accounts Receivable Specialist

Lebanon, OH | Contract (3 months) | 25-28hr.

We are looking to fill a long-term temporary Accounts Receivable Specialist position at our Development Center in Lebanon, Ohio. The AR Specialist will assist with all AR functions including accurate reporting, customer file maintenance, invoice processing and other related duties. Interacts with internal Operations, R&D, Sales, Finance, Marketing, Planning, Purchasing and external Customers and Vendors. Key competencies: Reasoning Analytical Skills, Written and Verbal Communication and Interpersonal Skills, and Mathematical and Computer Skills.

Attributes/Experience We Are Seeking For This Role

• Timely and accurate posting of cash receipts and all incoming/outgoing electronic bank transactions, work with IT if any daily files are missing
• Collections experience
• Review AR aging daily
• Contact customers regarding past due invoices daily
• Knowledge of accounting procedures and experience with SAP is a plus.
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ accounting experience; preference is given for candidates with experience supporting a manufacturing or logistics company, and experience in a company with multiple sites/currencies.
• Associates degree preferred.
