Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
- Maintain AP records, reports, and filing systems.
- Collaborate with teams to track and resolve charges for freight or damaged goods.
- Assist with month-end close and account reconciliations.
- Respond to vendor inquiries and support other office operations as needed.
- Associate degree in Accounting or 5 years of AP experience.
- Experience in a manufacturing or similar environment preferred.
- Familiarity with accounting software (EPICOR or QuickBooks a plus).
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
