Account Onboarding Specialist

The Account Onboarding Specialist will deliver exceptional service to internal and external clients, ensuring new client accounts are opened accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. This role collaborates with Client Service Specialists to onboard deposit accounts and manage account maintenance.

Pay rate: $28/hr.

Responsibilities

• Ensure required documentation for new accounts is received and accurate.
• Handle client maintenance requests related to depositing accounts and records.
• Assist in identifying customer needs to enhance their experience.
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems.
• Foster collaboration with internal partners for consistent communication.
• Identify cross-sale opportunities with relevant business partners.
• Meet or improve performance standards in line with Service Level Agreements.
• Manage urgent requests with accuracy and quick turnaround.
  
  

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Extensive knowledge of bank products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Self-starter able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and banking core systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and judgment skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with Commercial and Corporate Deposit Account Types and Treasury Management products.
  
  

Education

• Required: High School diploma or GED with 3-5 years of banking experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree and experience with various Commercial/Corporate businesses (e.g., Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Government entities).
