Buyer – Purchasing Department
Are you a detail-oriented, negotiation-savvy professional with a passion for sourcing the best products and building strong supplier relationships? Zing Green Safety Products is looking for a Buyer to join our dynamic Purchasing Department!

About the Role:
As a Buyer, you will play a crucial role in managing supplier relationships, securing competitive pricing, ensuring timely deliveries, and supporting the overall procurement strategy. You’ll work closely with internal teams to understand their needs and help drive operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, negotiate, and purchase products, goods, and services in line with company policies and budgets.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast demand and manage inventory levels.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2 years of experience in a Buyer or Purchasing role.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and purchasing software/ERP systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
