What are the responsibilities and job description for the Spring 2026 Law Clerk position at Zinda Law Group, PLLC?
Zinda Law Group is looking for ambitious and mission driven law students for our Spring 2026 Law Clerk Program. This paid internship can be remote or in-person. Ideal candidates will have a passion for plaintiff's litigation, and a desire to practice law in Texas or Colorado. As a Law Clerk, you will work alongside a dynamic and experienced team of Trial Attorneys. A typical day for a Trial Attorney at Zinda Law Group involves client communication, taking and defending depositions, research and drafting, leading mediations, developing case strategies, and/or arguing in court. You will receive structured training, excellent mentorship, and hands-on litigation experience. You'll also get the opportunity to have a hand in building and curating our AI platform's database by reviewing the accuracy of legal documents, conducting detailed quality checks on content and the AI-generated output (to ensure both accuracy and compliance with legal standards) and participating in the testing of our AI product’s output (verifying its alignment with legal requirements and quality standards).
We are looking for Law Clerks with the following qualifications:
- Current law student at an ABA-approved law school
- Passion for personal injury work
- Ability to communicate persuasively
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
