Duties
- Provide comprehensive legal counsel to clients navigating family law cases, including divorce, child custody, visitation rights, and spousal support
- Draft and review legal documents such as petitions, motions, settlement agreements, and court pleadings with precision and clarity
- Negotiate settlements effectively to achieve optimal outcomes for clients while maintaining professionalism and empathy
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences with confidence and advocacy skills
- Manage all aspects of case files from inception through resolution, ensuring timely filings and adherence to procedural requirements
Skills
- Proven expertise in family law practice with strong negotiation and litigation capabilities
