About the team The Senior Specialist, Technical Program Management, Marketing serves as a hands-on technical liaison between marketing, engineering, and external marketing technology partners to deliver integrated, data-driven marketing capabilities. This role leads complex programs that connect marketing strategy with underlying systems, ensuring reliable data flows, compliant integrations, and scalable platforms that enable audience management, campaign activation, and measurement across channels. About the role - Lead cross-functional technical programs that connect marketing, engineering, analytics, and vendor teams to deliver integrated marketing technology capabilities and roadmap outcomes. - Design, implement, and maintain integrations between core marketing platforms (e.g., customer data platforms, advertising and messaging tools, analytics environments) and upstream/downstream data sources to enable accurate, timely data flows supporting campaign execution and reporting. - Configure and operate marketing systems to support centralized audience management, segmentation, and activation, including building and optimizing reusable data pipelines and automation to improve reliability and scale. - Develop, manage, and communicate detailed technical project and program plans, including scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, and cross-team release coordination, ensuring alignment with marketing priorities and compliance requirements. - Establish and document standard processes, runbooks, and data quality checks for marketing technology operations, and drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis and collaboration with partner teams. - Serve as a subject matter expert on marketing data and integrations, advising stakeholders on technical feasibility, trade-offs, and best practices, and facilitating troubleshooting and cross-team testing for complex issues. - Mentor and informally coach peers and partner team members on marketing technology workflows, tools, and integration patterns to build shared understanding and operational excellence. This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions. In California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $148,600.00 - $237,400.00 annually. This base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations. In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. Employees in this role will not be paid below the salary threshold for exempt employees in the state where they reside. Who you are - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - 8 years of experience in technical program management, marketing technology, marketing operations, or a closely related field, working with cross-functional product, engineering, analytics, and marketing teams. - Demonstrated experience integrating and operating marketing or data platforms (such as customer data platforms, campaign management tools, tag management, or analytics environments), including ownership of technical requirements, testing, and deployment. - Proven track record managing complex, multi-team technical programs from planning through execution, including roadmap alignment, risk management, and stakeholder communication in a fast-paced environment. - Experience working with data pipelines, APIs, and event or batch data workflows in support of marketing use cases (such as audience building, personalization, attribution, or performance reporting). - Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
