We’re seeking a bright, ambitious, and resourceful Logistics Coordinator to join our team!
This role requires excellent organizational & people management skills, the ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances and coordinate between the Production & Account Management teams.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Event Logistics & Staff Scheduling
- Resource Management
- Recruiting & hiring for the Production Team
- Develop, Refine and Enforce processes & systems
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: You're an organized, responsive and articulate communicator who loves solving problems and making sure events operate smoothly. You have a "builder" mentality and you enjoy creating efficiencies and streamlining operations.

EXPERIENCE:
- Event Management Experience
- Experience with CRM an/or ERP systems
- Experience managing high functioning teams
SCHEDULE:
- Flexible Full time position
- Some weekends and evenings
- Some On-Call
- Partial Remote Working
