This is a hybrid role based in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Candidates should reside in or be willing to commute from the South Florida tri-county area (Palm Beach, Broward, or Miami-Dade counties).

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the global digital marketing ecosystem across websites, eCommerce, CRM (Salesforce), and marketing automation (HubSpot)
- Drive digital governance standards including campaign workflows, tagging, naming conventions, and launch processes
- Oversee website strategy and execution across AEM platforms for corporate and regional experiences
- Increase adoption of eCommerce and customer self-service platforms
- Develop KPI frameworks and dashboards across GA4, Salesforce, HubSpot, and other platforms
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, IT, Sales Operations, and Customer Service
- Manage digital vendors, budgets, and project timelines
- 6–8 years in digital marketing, marketing operations, or related fields
- Strong experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and marketing automation workflows
- Experience with CMS platforms, preferably Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Solid understanding of eCommerce platforms and digital customer experience
- Strong analytical skills and experience with digital performance measurement
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex initiatives
