Duties
- Safely operate various vehicles including box trucks and
drivers to deliver goods to customers promptly and accurately - Load and unload shipments using pallet jacks, dolly, or manual handling techniques to ensure proper inventory management
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries by addressing questions, confirming receipt, and ensuring satisfaction
- Assist in organizing the warehouse space by moving stock and ensuring a clean working environment
- Valid commercial driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical moving tasks safely and efficiently
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as dolly, and manual handling tools; certification is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members
