JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Service Consultants are responsible for creating and setting appointments for customer and dealership internal automotive repair. Service Consultants greet customers as they arrive at the dealership, present maintenance menus, advise customers of their automotive service needs, and coordinate the completion of the repairs with our Service Technicians.
The next member of our Service Team will be a self-motivated, highly outgoing individual who constantly strives to meet and exceed both personal and professional goals. Customer Satisfaction is our TOP priority and should be yours also! Prior Automotive experience is NOT required-- we will train the right individual. Prior background in the Sales or Service industry is a plus!
