In search of a legal administrative assistant who is a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and meticulous individual.
Duties include but are not limited to:
■ Prepare and review leases and other legal documents
■ Facilitate appointments and meetings
■ Filing
■ Managing calendars
■ Must be able to manage multiple assignments, work with team members and prioritize work.
■ College degree required
■ Legal experience and/or administrative experience preferred but not required
■ Proficient in Microsoft Office, DocuSign, and Adobe software
