Responsibilities
- Answer calls from wholesale and retail customers providing price quotes and other information as needed.
- Assist all customers in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional and efficient manner.
- Specify and procure parts orders for delivery to customers or technicians.
- Work with other team members to ensure efficient and quality experience for every customer.
- Provide a high level of service to internal and external customers.
- Notifies the service advisor and or customer when special ordered parts have been received.
- Follows up on back-ordered parts.
- Makes sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order.
- Receives payment from retail customers or obtains credit authorization.
- Keeps orderly records of all repair orders, invoices, estimates and special-order parts.
- Keeps parts counter area clean and uncluttered.
- Keeps current on new products and product updates.
- Ability to use online platforms such as OEConnect, Parts Trader, Repair Link, CCC etc.
- Computer Skills are a must.
- Other tasks as assigned.

- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
- Valid driver’s license with dependable transportation and a clean driving record.
- Positive attitude is a must!
- Exceptional verbal communication skills.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English and read/interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
