The Receptionist is responsible for welcoming on-site visitors, determining nature of business, and announcing visitors to appropriate personnel. This is a PART-TIME position with an expected compensation range of $16.50 to $19.50 per hour, plus bonus.
Part-time team members who are regularly scheduled to work an average of 20 hours per week, but fewer than 40 hours per week may be eligible for certain benefits such as medical, dental, vision, supplemental health, and others.

How You'll Create Impact
- Open and close lobby area each day.
- Maintain Visitor Log.
- Distribute badges to visitors and vendors.
- Receive and log deliveries and notify the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with preparations for Corporate VIP visit and tours.
- Work with the Event Coordinators or Admins on catering schedule for events.
- Work with cleaning staff to restock kitchen areas, coffee stand and refrigerators.
- Provide clerical assistance with overflow work to various departments; including but not limited to purchase order administration, international shipping ticket creation and maintaining ZB’s internal classifieds.
- Provide support for various onsite events and meetings.
Competencies
- Must demonstrate good organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Possess good human relations skills to interact with visitors and vendors in a prompt, courteous manner.
- Possess both written and verbal command of the English language.
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to use copiers, scanner, and multi-line phone systems.
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required
- 2 years of experience as a receptionist or within a customer service role preferred
- No expected travel
