The Entry-Level Service Advisor serves as the welcoming face of our service department and a crucial support system for our advisory team. This role focuses heavily on the initial customer greeting, assisting with vehicle drop-offs and active deliveries, and conducting follow-up calls. You will gain hands-on experience by assisting main advisors with repair order write-ups, making this an ideal stepping stone into a career in automotive service advising. No extensive automotive experience is required; we provide the training if you bring a positive attitude and a passion for outstanding customer service.
Valid Driver's License with clean driving record is required.
Experience
Preferred- Communication: Exceptional phone etiquette and face-to-face communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport quickly.
- Teamwork: Strong willingness to learn, assist others, and multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Less than 2 year(s): Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or receptionist roles; automotive interest is a plus
