Key Responsibilities

- Service Coordination: Schedule appointments, coordinate vehicle repairs with technicians, and provide accurate estimates for service costs and timelines.
- Upselling Opportunities: Identify and recommend additional services or maintenance based on vehicle inspections and customer needs, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service orders, and repair statuses using our service management software.
- Conflict Resolution: Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with technicians, parts department, and management to ensure seamless service operations.
- Follow-Up: Contact customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role in the automotive industry is preferred but not required.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers.
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of automotive systems and repairs; willingness to learn and stay updated on industry trends.
