About the team
Works on the planning and implementation of projects that support the marketing function. Interacts directly with product managers to identify new marketing opportunities, prepares regular marketing activity reports and responds to questions from the sales organization. Works individually or with a team in recommending action, scheduling and planning projects, estimating cost and managing projects to completion. May identify, evaluate and recommend marketing opportunities consistent with product line objectives; provides pre- and post-sale marketing support to distributors, OEMs and resellers; and supports public relations through researching, writing and editing press releases. Responsibilities may also include: coordinating trade show activities, website development, developing future e-commerce strategies, and tracking of marketing campaigns to evaluate results and provide recommendations for future marketing promotions.About the role

You will be joining an exciting group of Marketers in our Frontline Marketing team who are dedicated to designing the next wave of innovation through our people, partners and experiences. As a contributor in the Frontline group, you will join a cross-functional team of players across Marketing, Sales Operations, Training, HR and Business Operations to drive this enablement work by delivering more dynamic content, more integrated communications, new training and unparalleled support services to our frontline teams to ensure their success.
About the role
The Frontline Marketing Specialist will be at the forefront of developing the best content, communications, tools and resources for our frontline team of Advisors to ensure the best customer outcomes. This role will have a unique opportunity to impact and influence how our frontline teams show up and deliver a better experience for all customers through effective content and communications.
Core responsibilities
Create: Responsible for driving the end:end creation of our best-in-class enablement content and collateral. Will support the frontline marketing enablement Sr. Manager in delivering the “right message, right time” strategy for our frontline teams. Owns the content development process and execution.
Maintain: Maintain our enablement hub of resources, content and collateral to allow more “right message, right time” interactions between the frontline teams and our customers. Ensure hub is up to date, latest Marketing messaging frameworks or claims are being leveraged, and promotions have a start and end date.
Train: Partner with the Training team to prepare all training materials for live frontline team sessions, to be leveraged in everything from new hire onboarding to ongoing education.
Engage: Invest in frontline research, empathy ‘ride along’ or shadows to collect critical feedback and insights to inform and optimize your work.
Analyze: Drive the analysis of usage and adoption of the tools, process, and assets we create for our frontline teams. Understand misses, wins, gaps, and provide actionable solutions to ultimately drive better customer outcomes.
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.In Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada and New York City the standard base pay range for this role is $64,700.00 - $103,300.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada and New York City and may not be applicable to other locations.In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. 2 years of experience in Marketing or Sales strategy and operations, operations, or consulting
Experience creating content from scratch, analyzing performance and actioning on next steps
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent project management skills
A proven collaborator and great communicator
Energized from moving fast, thinking big, and solving for ambiguity
(plus) 1 years of Sales Enablement experience or highly related B2C revenue-driving experience
(plus) A track record of success partnering with Sales
(plus) Experience in Salesforce or some kind of equivalent CRM
(plus) Experience in Highspot or some kind of e-learning content development/management tool
