ABOUT THIS POSITION
The Claim Concierge position is a little art and a little science – combining wonderful relationship skills with a test, measure and learn improvement cycle. The primary responsibility and goal of this role is to work with our customers and retail partners to ensure they have the very best claim experience with concierge service and lightning fast results. You will be excited by the interaction with happy customers and business partners while helping them navigate through a frictionless experience. Your enthusiasm will be infectious and you are encouraged to try new approaches to drive results. We are all about the learnings, and believe in rapid tests to create better outcomes.
How you contribute at Zillion:
- Facilitate great claim experiences for our customers and retail partners
- Empathetically communicate with claimants to make them feel confident and happy that they trusted Zillion with insuring their jewelry & watches
- Connect with and support our retail partners through the claim repair & replacement process
- Work closely with Zillion claim & insurance leaders to manage a healthy claim pipeline
- Work with our partner success managers to communicate wonderful experiences
- Develop and implement new tests to drive better outcomes for our business, customers and retail partners
- Provide ideas & feedback to Product & Engineering teams
- Effectively leverage our platform and systems to optimize performance and process
- Accurately manage and report on success metrics

- Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience
- Proficiency in Google Suite or MS Office Applications
- Salesforce experience would be a bonus.
