Duties
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Monitor and document clients' health status and report any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, promoting social engagement and mental well-being.
- Assist with mobility and transportation to appointments or outings.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare providers to develop personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and best practices in caregiving.
