Coffee Drive Thru Store Manager

Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour

Ziggi’s Coffee is currently seeking a Manager to join our team at our drive-thru location in West Frederick, Colorado! The store is open 7 days a week from 5:30am to 5pm. Reports directly to the owner.

• Has Barista experience from any Coffee Business, as this position will involve making coffee and other drinks (90%) along with Managerial duties (10%)
• Adheres to all Ziggi’s Coffee brand values, processes, and procedures
• Has prior management experience leading team members
• Has a passion for making coffee, continuous improvement and learning
• Has excellent organizational and time management skills

General Manager Responsibilities

• The Ziggi's Coffee General Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all day-to-day operations of the store. This position is more hands on than just being administrative.

Some additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:·

• Maintaining great communication on a consistent basis with staff, the Leadership Team, and other designated contacts within the company.
• Help conduct interviews, onboard, and train new team members.
• Provide ongoing support, development, and coaching for all team members.
• Maintain a safe and secure working environment for employees.
• Ensure our standards of service are always in place – exceptional customer service, excellent drink/food quality, accuracy, consistency, and speed of service.
• Place weekly orders with vendors.
• Put together bank deposits.
• Write and maintain employee schedules.
• Adhere to all scheduling requirements such as weekly labor hour allowances, staffing requirements based on hourly sales, proper allocation of labor, position assignment, etc. Serve as a first contact for all team members and should be able to cover shifts, if a team member becomes unavailable.
• Train new baristas on proper brewing techniques, drink recipes, and customer service protocols
• Efficiently operated espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment to produce consistent and delicious coffee drinks
• Entering invoices into Quickbooks.
• Maintain store to meet operational standards to ensure optimal cleanliness, product stock, and organization.
• Ensure store is always within compliance of all health code and food safety requirements.·
• Inventory management.

Availability Requirements:·

• Full-time position· Must work up to 40 hours per week, no less than 32 hours per week.
• Must have open and flexible availability all week (including weekends)
• Willingness to work holidays.
• Compensation & Benefits:· Compensation: Hourly rate plus cash tips daily and credit card tips in pay stubs (will be discussed during interview).
• Paid vacation time on Accrual basis (1 week)
