What you’ll do
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items with precision and flair
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) system, including Revel POS, ensuring accurate transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of our small space, adhering to food safety and handling standards
- Manage inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in food preparation and serving while following all food safety protocols
- Handle cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accurate cash handling practices
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment that fosters teamwork
Basic qualifications
- Previous barista or coffee experience is preferred
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in the food industry or retail environment
- Basic math skills for cashiering and retail math calculations
