The role involves managing all phases of discovery, supporting attorneys throughout litigation, drafting and filing pleadings and discovery materials, maintaining case files, summarizing records, coordinating witness preparation, and assisting during hearings and trial. Candidates should have at least 2 years of civil litigation experience, strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency with eDiscovery platforms is not required but will be viewed favorably.
