Wiring Technicians needed (MA)
Our company is currently seeking Wiring Technicians in the New England area, who are cabling and infrastructure certified and/or 3 years of field experience. Individuals must be reliable, dependable, able to multitask, problem solve, have strong communications skills and be professional at all times. Business casual appearance and reliable transportation is required to reach assigned locations and service our clients.
Technicians must also be knowledgeable of cabling infrastructure (data, voice, coaxial cable and others) as well as be able to pull, troubleshoot, terminate wiring and perform other related tasks.
She/he will have knowledge of telephony systems, as well as basic knowledge of network set-up and operation. Tech will be required to “rack and stack” network equipment as well as connect equipment to station cabling. CCTV and video skills is nice to have
Cabling Cat5e/6/7A, experience is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as a team.
Experience
3-5 years working experience in a professional setting or in field operation that is relevant to this position.

* RJ45/RJ11 crimp tool
* Network and telephone standard tools
* Laptop with Microsoft Windows 7 or 8
* Cisco console cable
* Radio shack USB to Serial or equivalent
* Smart phone / with hot spot or air card
* Console and technical apps (putty, google drive and more)
* Have a valid Driver's License
* Able to pass background check CORI, MVR and drug-screen, is must
FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE:
* Day, evening, & weekend availability.
* Contractor 32-40 hrs./week
* Pay rate = $30.00 to $35.00 per hour depending in your experience plus bonus.
