Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and guest inquiries.
- Lead and motivate a full team to deliver outstanding guest services with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Manage phone systems and ensure prompt, courteous phone etiquette for all incoming calls.
- Handle guest relations issues swiftly and effectively, resolving concerns to ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Conduct audits to reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare reports for management review.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, billing details, and special requests.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences in studio.
Experience
- Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations.
- Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued.
- Familiarity with management software and phone systems.
- Experience in audit procedures and handling guest complaints professionally.
- Knowledge of hospitality standards, guest services best practices, and phone etiquette.
