Job Summary
In this role, you will meet with homeowners who have requested roofing or siding estimates. You will inspect exterior issues, explain available solutions, and present project estimates. You will follow up with customers and work to close sales while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Most appointments come from marketing and inbound inquiries, so you will primarily meet with homeowners who are already looking for help with their projects.
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to evaluate roofing, siding, and exterior needs
- Perform basic roof and exterior inspections
- Explain products, services, and project options
- Prepare and present estimates to customers
- Follow up with leads and close sales
- Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project
- Conduct 9 to 15 pre-scheduled and confirmed in-home appointments per week.
- Earn more commission for self-generated business
- Attend to our sales meetings when is needed.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
Requirements
- Sales experience preferred (home improvement sales is a plus)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain solutions clearly while building trust with customers.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable meeting homeowners and conducting inspections
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work evenings or weekends when needed
- Drive sales by successfully closing projects and meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset
- Clean driver's license.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative attitude and commitment to shared success.
- Must be coachable with a strong work ethic
- Pass CORI/background check
