What You’ll Do (No Fluff)
• Run in-home appointments from inspection → close
• Climb roofs (non-negotiable — if that’s a problem, stop here)
• Build trust fast and control the conversation
• Present solutions clearly and confidently
• Close deals the same day when possible
• Track everything in CRM (because what gets measured gets improved)
• Show up to training and actually apply it
What Success Looks Like
• You don’t wait to be told what to do
• You follow up when others don’t
• You study your numbers
• You close consistently
• You make money — and keep increasing it

Requirements (Real Ones)
• Proven in-home sales experience
• Willing to climb roofs regularly

• Available evenings some Saturdays
• Strong work ethic — this is performance-based
