Zhong Yong Management Inc is a large real estate development, management and investment company, we mainly develops our projects in California, mostly in Los Angeles areas. We currently have over 10 projects under development. Most of our projects starts off with acquisition, design, develops, property management, leasing, and selling.
Position Summary
Accountant
Bookkeeper
The ideal Bookkeeper will be performing various property bookkeeping tasks related to A/P and A/R, daily monitoring of multiple accounts, make sure all bills are paid on-time, all billings are sent out on-time.
This position is onsite in El Monte
Responsibilities
- Daily monitoring of multiple account balances and transaction
- Data entry of all payables and receivables
- Processing payroll
- Billing
- Bank Deposits
- Insurance Claim submissions
- Reconcile multiple bank accounts, credit cards, and loan accounts
- Responsible for writing check, wiring money and deposits
- Invoicing for vendors and subcontractors
- Tracking expenses per project
- Communication with different department
- Daily report of the activities with the CEO and/or the management team
- Maintain confidential and sensitive information
- Data tracking, analysis, and preparation of internal reports
- Commission review or preparation (leases, referrals & sales Commission Disbursement Authorization)
- Company benefits deductions and reporting
- Monthly P&L and reporting
- Coordinate with the external accountant and tax preparer
- Prepare 1099
- Set up vendor list and onboard new vendors
Qualifications and Requirements
- Work experience as an accountant, bookkeeper or similar role Preferred
- 2 years prior bookkeeping experience including A/P, A/R in a REAL ESTATE Brokerage a plus
- Must be detail oriented, organized and able to multitask
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to pay attention to detail.
- Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- A team player capable of cultivating productive working relationships across the firm
- Always motivated, excited to learn and grow.
- Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
- Ability to work onsite 5 days a week
- Strong analytical skill
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate with diplomacy
- Ability to work independently and a self-starter
- Superior time management skills
- Professional working proficiency in Mandarin a plus
