About the Team: Lead and supervise production personnel utilizing procedures and work instructions to meet or exceed customer and company requirements for safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Ensure training, scheduling & administration of production employees. Responsible for performance reviews, including recommendations for monetary changes and corrective action functions.

- Direct production by regulating, coordinating, planning, assigning, resolving problems, disciplinary action, and assuring compliance with company safety, work procedures/standards & housekeeping.
- Monitor and evaluate performance of team leaders and employees through constructive feedback (e.g. written reviews, corrective counseling, etc.), support to meet expectations, maintain open door communication, and promote an issue free environment.
Your profile as a Production Supervisor:
- High School Diploma or GED (Associate’s degree in related field preferred).
- 2-4 years related experience
- Proven leadership ability, strong people skills (coaching, mentoring, motivation, communication, problem resolution).
- Understanding of Lean principles and responsibilities.
- Understanding of the application, tracking, utilization, and purpose of KPIs.
- Ability to prioritize and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
