About the Team:
The Production Supervisor oversees the daily operations of a production team in a manufacturing environment, ensuring production processes run smoothly and efficiently while meeting quality standards and production targets.

- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, company policy, work instruction, preventive maintenance, and housekeeping standards.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on waste reduction, operational efficiency, quality improvement, and problem-solving.
- Use KPIs, SAP, and business systems to monitor performance, support decisions, manage time and attendance, and maintain operational continuity.
Your profile as a Production Supervisor:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing plant leadership role; automotive industry experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems, analyze data, and make sound decisions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Dynamic, driven, and energetic team player who performs well under pressure and tight deadlines.
