The Engineer II- Reliability with cross functional teams associated with Maintenance, Production Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance Planner in SAP in order to organize and plan the continuous improvement and root cause analysis of equipment reliability and preventative maintenance data and activities. Provides the documentation structure and reporting data to the maintenance leadership on reliability and PM performance / information.
What you can look forward to as the Engineer II- Reliability:
- Drive infrastructure change within the user and customer environment of the maintenance realm by working effectively with subject matter experts from SBR and ZFGC maintenance department.
- Become subject matter expert in the input of data entry / PM planning / scheduling from the SAP-PM modules.
- Develop facilities equipment PM documentation, reporting and legal documentation to support government
and local requirements. - Be proactive in support of required modifications to maintenance procedures for continuous improvement.
- Train users on existing role requirements in order to maintain day-to-day effective maintenance data
Your Profile as the Engineer II- Reliability:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- 3-4 years of relevant experience (automotive industry strongly preferred)
- Prior experience as a maintenance skilled trades, maintenance technician or maintenance supervisor in a manufacturing/assembly environment.
- Proficient computer skills, strong MS Office (Excel), and excellent communication skills
- Must be authorized to work in the United States now, or in the future, without company sponsorship
