About the Team:
The primary role will be to coordinate technical solutions related to Assembly Quality Processes as well as a first responder to quality issues in production. Associated responsibility is to promote and ensure product quality and promote Quality culture and customer satisfaction.
What you can look forward to as SPC and LPA Quality Administrator:
- Supports and complies with established Company’s Corporate Principles and goals.
- Understand and comply with Quality requirements such as automotive requirements
- Monitor manufacturing processes and assess product quality to determine adequacy, capability, and ability to comply with customer specifications and company’s specifications.
- Develop and maintain documents and procedures related to quality standards, risk analysis, lessons learned from product recalls, product audits, field returns and repairs, complaints, scrap, and rework, and retain documented information as evidence.
- Guide manufacturing personnel in the proper application of quality systems and tools.
- When appropriate, develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and activities using instructional models and apply appropriate training techniques to ensure appropriate training
- Control and monitoring of SPC and LPA systems through the assigned team
- Lead for training and shop floor control regarding SPC and LPA
Your profile as SPC and LPA Quality Administrator
- Associates degree
- 1 years of related experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and other audit management software.
- Problem solving skills
- Proven interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
- Proveen experience managing LPA and SPC systems and programs in the shopfloor
- Experience in a leader position (team in charge)
