Join us and be part of something extraordinary! 1. Employee Administration (Autonomous Management) Manage the employee lifecycle. Advise leaders on labor matters and internal policies. 2. Recruitment & Selection (Strategic-Operational) Execute and improve recruitment processes (hourly, technical, and staff roles). Ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies based on production needs. Propose improvements to sourcing strategies and talent attraction channels. 3. Training & Development Lead the execution of the annual training plan. Coordinate Training Needs Analysis (TNA). Ensure compliance with mandatory training (quality, safety, operational). Support performance evaluation processes and development plans. 5. Compliance & Audits Coordinate and support internal and external audits (IATF 16949, ISO, local regulations). Ensure daily compliance with labor laws and company policies. 6. Culture, Engagement & Communication Implement engagement and workplace climate initiatives. Analyze employee engagement survey results and lead action plans. Facilitate effective communication between operations and HR. 7. HR Metrics & Analysis Track and analyze HR KPIs: Provide insights and recommendations to operational leaders.
