Role Overview
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operational activities across installation, service, and field operations. This role ensures projects are executed efficiently, teams are properly staffed and trained, and operational goals related to revenue, quality, and customer satisfaction are achieved. The Operations Manager works closely with sales, project management, and executive leadership to align project execution, field operations, and shared company resources. This collaboration ensures installations and service operations are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with company and regulatory standards while supporting efficient operational growth and consistent execution.
Status: Full-Time, Exempt
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations for installation and service teams, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Lead operational planning including workforce scheduling, technician capacity management, and project prioritization.
- Manage supervisors and field teams, providing leadership, training, and performance management to ensure productivity and quality standards are met.
- Provide leadership and oversight to Project Managers to ensure materials, labor, and scheduling align with project timelines and to ensure accurate and timely billing, proper project documentation, Schedule of Values management, submittal coordination, and adherence to contractual and operational standards.
- Monitor operational metrics including labor utilization, project margins, service response times, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, OSHA regulations, and company policies across all operational activities.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Provide regular operational updates and performance reporting to executive leadership.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficient in project management software, scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to coordinate across departments and lead large field teams.
- Ability to lift or carry equipment and tools that may exceed forty (40) pounds when necessary. Maintain applicable state or local licenses as required.
- Must adhere to all OSHA regulations and company safety policies.

- 7 years of experience in Fire & Security, construction, or related technical field. 3–5 years of experience managing field operations, supervisors, or technical teams
- Valid driver’s license
Work Requirements:
- Must meet Company minimum driving standards.
- Must be able to travel within the state of Hawaii, supporting all branch projects.

Compensation starts at $ 110,000 (DOE)
