Job Summary
We are looking to poach a talented cannabis sales rep from another brand company. If you are that guy/girl, let's talk. We will exceed your current salary and give you commission on top of that as well. Must have a book of business and experience in cannabis sales to dispensaries in California.
We need to sell 300 lbs/month of top shelf indoor. We are producing that every month. We have been selling wholesale to other brands that are branding our product into Mylar bags and going to retail. We want to bring our Cali brand out here and do the same. We plan to undercut the market. Our stuff is seriously top tier, and we are ok with selling our flower cheaper to get into store because we plan to bring our other products out here after using flower to get into the dispensaries.
Duties
- Create relationships with trustworthy dispensaries
- Cold email and cold call dispensaries
- Drop samples to dispensaries and have really good follow-up
- Educate budtenders on product features, benefits, and usage guidelines to enhance their experience
- Lead the PAD and CAD teams for in-store deals
Requirements
- You currently have a book of business and relationships within the retail cannabis space
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
