Dispensary Manager

Overview
The Dispensary Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of a dispensary, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires strong leadership and organizational skills to manage staff, inventory, and customer interactions effectively. The Dispensary Manager will also be responsible for creating a welcoming environment that enhances the customer experience while driving sales and maintaining operational efficiency. Must have a valid OMMA credential.

Duties

• Oversee daily dispensary operations, ensuring compliance with all local and state regulations.
• Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving products to maintain stock.
• Lead and train staff in customer service best practices, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
• Recruit, hire, and evaluate staff performance to build a strong team.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee performance.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote products and services effectively.
• Ensure the dispensary is clean, organized, and visually appealing for customers.

Skills

• Strong administrative skills with attention to detail for managing records and compliance documentation.
• Experience in wireless sales or retail sales is advantageous for understanding customer needs.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficient in pricing strategies to maximize profitability while remaining competitive.
• Ability to recruit effectively and build a cohesive team environment.
• Previous experience as an assistant manager or in a supervisory role is preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on enhancing the customer experience.
• Strong leadership abilities to motivate staff and drive performance.
• Effective phone etiquette for handling inquiries professionally.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
