What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Manager position at Zetti Contracting?
Property Manager
- Monday – Friday, 40 hours a week, 8am-5pm
- Provide support to the owner, office manager & crew leaders
- Property manager
- Manage 65 units including residential and commercial properties
- Point of contact for tenants, including after hours and weekend communication
- Collect and keep records of rent
- Manage leases
- Manage property listing website
- Property showings (travel to properties and meeting perspective tenants)
- Monthly Rental inspections
- Rental turnover cleaning
- Handling of office tasks
- Filing, scanning, managing folders
- Answering phone
- Handling website
- Social media
- Errands and other duties as asked or needed for the business
Compensation:
- $20-25 Per hour
Holiday bonus
- PTO policy – after 2 years
- Retirement IRA contributions – after 2 years
Other details
- 8am to 5 pm M-F
- No weekend hours (other than tenant communications)
- Closed for most holidays
- Offices located in Cheatlake and Downtown Morgantown
