Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant located in Trumbull, CT. The Accountant will handle day-to-day financial tasks, including managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations. Responsibilities also include budgeting, expense analysis, payroll management, and collaborating with both internal teams and external stakeholders to support financial decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in financial reporting, budgeting, and preparation of financial statements
• Proficiency in managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll systems
• Experience in tax reporting, compliance, and understanding of financial regulations
• Proficient with accounting software, spreadsheets, and other financial tools
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication skills for internal and external collaboration
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA certification or equivalent qualification is a plus
• Prior experience in the healthcare or medical technology industry is advantageous
