Job Summary:
Zest Health is seeking a Partner Success Manager to join our growing team. Reporting to the VP Operations, you will own the post-sale lifecycle starting from contract execution through renewals. As Zest continues on a rapid growth trajectory, this role plays a crucial part in delivering on our value-based promises to partners by driving smooth implementations, continuous engagement, and measurable outcomes.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Implementation Leadership
- Lead cross-functional implementation for new partners, aligning data, marketing, clinical, and technical work streams.
- Serve as project manager and single point of accountability for each partner’s onboarding, ensuring deadlines and launch criteria are met.
- Coordinate across internal teams (Marketing, Clinical Ops, Product, Engineering).
2. Partner Success & Growth
- Track performance metrics that drive value for partners and patients.
- Conduct benchmarking to demonstrate savings and support value-based reporting.
- Run MBRs/QBRs, delivering partner dashboards and insights.
- Build, own, and update Partner Portals.
- Identify expansion opportunities that strengthen Zest's relationship with partners.
3. Data & Insights
- Translate claims, utilization, and performance data into clear partner narratives.
- Monitor performance against contract benchmarks.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product to improve data automation and dashboard accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Experience managing B2B2C healthcare programs (payer, PBM, or employer population).
- Skilled in data analysis and narrative development.
- Strong relationship manager who can influence cross-functionally and communicate with both technical and clinical stakeholders.
- Project management mindset: structured, anticipatory, detail-oriented.
- Thrives in an early-stage environment with evolving processes and competing priorities.
- Hybrid in our DC office or remote within the EST timezone.
